Its aim is to raise awareness among consumers so that they incorporate into their purchasing habits the contribution of suggestions, complaints, claims and opinions with the ultimate aim of improving service, user satisfaction and, consequently, the profitability of shops.

Those who wish to communicate their shopping experience about an establishment can do so through the Easyfeedback tool, which allows suggestions or complaints to be channelled and sent, individually and privately, to the corresponding shop. to participate, it is not necessary that neither users nor establishments are registered in the tool. However, it is recommended that establishments register on the platform in order to receive suggestions and comments by e-mail. If EasyFeeback does not have the merchant’s contact email address, they will receive the comment by post or fax. Subscription to EasyFeedback PRO (without the Excellence in Treatment stamp) is free for all establishments participating in this campaign until December 31, 2019.
Any establishment can receive a comment, but we encourage you to support this campaign more actively by inviting your customers to participate by sharing their shopping experience. In addition, just for participating, your customers can win tickets (Osasuna, cinema, concerts, etc.) that will be drawn fortnightly.
